		Exotic wood furniture is known for its exceptional longevity. It copes with dry or wet spells. Our hardwood outdoor furniture is termite-treated and finished with five coats of Marine varnish, a varnish used for boat hulls and known for its very high resistance. It may be left outdoors all year long and does not require any special maintenance.

		Pine furniture is normally not varnished as pine has already been treated to withstand changes in the weather, but it can be done on request. Our furniture is guaranteed for 10 years. If a piece happens to break within this period of time, just inform us and we will replace it with pleasure.

		Our cutting boards come with a light oil finish to accent the beauty and luster of the woods. To keep the original colors of your cutting board, we advise you to wash it after use, let it dry and then wipe on a thin coat of cooking oil. It is not recommended to immerse it for long periods of time. After a year or so of heavy daily use, simply re-finish it with sandpaper and a thin coat of oil.

		All other items are coated with varnish and do not need any special maintenance.
